Yesterday I ran Lady Pamela II on both morning and afternoon trips. We were one for three on sailfish in the morning trolling right out in front off of Fort Lauderdale. During the afternoon trip we put up the kites with nice lively goggleyes hanging right at the surface. We had hook ups on a big, maybe 40 pound kingfish, then lost a 10 pounder. We also hooked up a big sailfish, but after some wild tail-walking he threw the hook. One our other boats in the Lady Pamela II fleet was also out this afternoon and caught one nice big sailfish and had another one toss the hook after a few jumps. It was great weather and great fishing.
