GREAT FISHING IN FORT LAUDERDALE ON THE LADY PAMELA 2

June 8, 2013

Kingfish, blackfin tunas, and bonitos were the standard catch off Ft. Lauderdale this weekend, with the Lady Pamela II sportfishing boats landing multiple fish during both morning and afternoon charters. The Lady Pamela III also dropped a few fresh bonitos as bait in 350 feet of water and added a big Sandbar shark to the catch.

The action on Sunday was more of the same, with plenty of fish to be caught along the outer reef edge. Some nice kings and blackfins were snapping the baits between 150 and 350 feet of water. The Lady Pamela IV also got into some mahi-mahi during an offshore swing while trolling. The week ahead looks very promising, with water temperatures hovering around 80 F. Sea conditions are predicted to be calm, with light winds out of the southeast. Perfect for a few hours on the water with Lady Pamela II sportfishing!
