February 2016 Fishing Forecast

Sailfish, sharks, wahoo, and kingfish are on the fishing menu for February. Kitefishing with live goggle eyes off Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood is the go to method of fishing for sailfish this time of year. Multiple hookups seem to be the norm, with other predators like kingfish and mahi-mahi competing for the baits. If sharks are your passion then February is a good month. This time last year Lady Pamela sportfishing caught hammerheads, silkys, and a couple of big tiger sharks during the month. There were not so many wahoo around last month but an arctic blast of cold air is expected later this week that should kick off a wahoo bite. Kingfish are abundant right now, and we are catching them on the troll around the reefs. So, did I wet your appetite for some rod bending? Give us a call!

Lady Pamela 2 Sport Fishing

Awesome Trip!

I took my 3 kids out with Captain David and Crew for a day of fishing in Miami. Upon arriving we were greeted by a beautiful marina and the captain was ready to go. We had the opportunity to catch some bait and the mate through the cast net a few times while my kids helped load them into the baitwell. We were fishing within 10 minutes and the action was great. I was just happy to share this with my kids, but Captain David went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend you book Lady Pamela. We will be back!
