Fishing Reports For Fort Lauderdale & Miami

Fort Lauderdale Sailfish Fishing is Heating Up!

January 30, 2018

The past couple weeks have been pretty exciting on the edge (where the gulf stream current starts).  The recent sailfish tournaments have seen dozens of sailfish caught and our fleet has caught several as well including 4 in one day!  With Northeast winds this week, I expect the sail fishing to be the best it […]

Great DeepSea Fishing Here Now

January 28, 2018

What a week we have had here at Lady Pamela II sportfishing. I am so excited, I am fresh off the boat and wanted to let you know what’s been going on. Today we hooked up 8 sailfish between two boats and landed a couple of big wahoos that our lucky anglers will be taking […]

WINTER TIME FISHING

January 14, 2018

I am writing to bring you up to date on the exciting fishing action we have had off the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area. The last week or so Lady Pamela sportfishing has been catching a few king mackerel, bluefish, and wahoos in around 300 to 400 feet of water. A little further out, in 400-500 feet […]

January 1, 2018

What a year of fishing we had in 2017!  Today is the first day of 2018 and we are extremely excited to get things underway including our prized sailfish season.  I would like to thank all our wonderful customers for choosing us last year and making us one of the top sportfishing fleets in the […]

Tournament Fishing

November 16, 2017

It has already been one year since I kicked off the Lady Pamela II sportfishing’s, fish of the week series, and my kickoff species was the venerable Atlantic sailfish (Istiophorus albicans), the most popular of the billfishes found in our waters. Coincidentally, one year later, here we are, and Lady Pamela II sportfishing participated in […]

Fall Fishing For Sailfish, Mahi, Kingfish & More!

November 8, 2017

The end of this week has produced some impressive wreck fishing for Lady Pamela II sportfishing, as we have been landing a bunch of grouper, including blacks, reds, and gags on the shallower shipwrecks. We have been targeting these groupers using live mullet, live pinfish, and goggleyes dropped over the wrecks and debris fields in […]

Dolphin On The Reef

October 21, 2017

Lady Pamela Sportfishing had a busy September, unfortunately most of the time was spent preparing for, and recovering from Hurricane Irma, not fishing! The fishing in October though, has been very good, as we have been catching dolphin very close offshore the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood area, in anywhere from 100 to 150 feet of water depth. […]

Tarpon Jumping

Tarpon Inshore & Big Tiger Shark Caught Offshore

October 13, 2017

Are we ever going to see the fall temperatures?  Well as I type this, our morning is actually a bit cool and by cool I mean in the upper 70s.  It could simply be from all the rain we had overnight, but I’m hoping the temps begin to fall so our season can officially launch. […]

Black Grouper

3 Black Grouper On One Trip!

October 2, 2017

The fall fishing has officially kicked off, although you wouldn’t know it by the temperatures.  Each day it is still getting into the 90s and we are patiently waiting for the first round of cold fronts to cool things off and bring some sailfish into our area consisenty. In the meantime, the fishing has been […]

Fall Transition Started Early – Hurricane Irma Update

September 21, 2017

As we get ready to close out September and start our fall season, we are rigging up for the welcomed transition and my favorite time of the year. We are geared up for sailfish on the kites, big kingfish on the troll and excellent bottom fishing. The fall mullet run kicked off like a switch […]

TESTIMONIALS

Awesome Trip!

I took my 3 kids out with Captain David and Crew for a day of fishing in Miami. Upon arriving we were greeted by a beautiful marina and the captain was ready to go. We had the opportunity to catch some bait and the mate through the cast net a few times while my kids helped load them into the baitwell. We were fishing within 10 minutes and the action was great. I was just happy to share this with my kids, but Captain David went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend you book Lady Pamela. We will be back!
