GREAT DAY IN SUNNY FORT LAUDERDALE

September 21, 2012

September 19, 2012 Mike and I had four anglers on a split charter today. A split charter is a trip where we line up individual anglers that want to go sportfishing but do not have at least three other anglers lined up to go with them. We accommodate these anglers by making phone calls to […]

FT Lauderdale Fishing LADY PAMELA 2

September 19, 2012

September 17, 2012 Today Captain JJ and I handled a 1p.m. – 5p.m. trip out of Fort Lauderdale. We trolled for the first 2 hours, missed a few bites and landed no fish. We pride ourselves on putting fish in the boat, and this wasn’t working, so, with five anglers onboard we had to make […]

September 14, 2012 Josh from Palm Beach and a few of his business clients came fishing on the Lady Pamela IV with Darin and me. We headed out Port Everglades at 8:00 a.m. and immediately started trolling south from 100-300 feet of water. We have been catching fish along the reef here all week, and […]

Ft Lauderdale Fishing REPORTS

September 8, 2012

September 6 2012 This morning Captain Darin and JJ took David from North Carolina out for a deep sea fishing experience that he will not soon forget. It was just one of those days where anything you put into the water gets slammed by a fish. They caught four mahi-mahi, three blackfin tunas, a wahoo […]

Ft Lauderdale Fishing Sailfish ACTION

September 5, 2012

September 3, 2012 Today Capt JJ and Mike had a four hour charter running from 8am‑noon. They had some great fishing the whole trip trolling fresh bonito strips behind sea witch feathers. They were pulling these baits behind planers to get them 20-30 feet below the surface. The kingfish were biting left and right, one […]

Fort Lauderdale Daytime Swordfishing

September 3, 2012

August 31, 2012 Australian anglers Johnno and Alex decided to spend one more day swordfishing before heading to Prince Edward Island and Bluefin tunas. We left the dock at 9:00 am this morning, a little late start, but that didn’t matter. We made two drops in 1900 feet of water, and once the baits hit […]

TESTIMONIALS

What An Adventure!

I never leave reviews, but we had such a good time, I wanted to share with others. Captain David and his guys are top notch, you can tell as soon as you pull up that you have booked a great trip. We went out with them in April 2015 and we were told this was one of the best months for fishing off South Florida. The captain decided to fly kites (amazing!) to dangle baits so that the fish can’t see the hooks. I have never seen this, but it was amazing to see them do it. Within a few minutes we had a first sailfish on and then another hit. A double header! We landed both fish and the day went on just like that. We were watching the baits dangle on the surface all day.  Other boats in the area were “trolling” and weren’t catching any. David said it was because the water was so clear that it was important to kite fish.  I highly recommend booking them.
